SAP HR/HCM Support & Release Coordinator

Duration: 18 months
Location: Barcelona or Paris
Next-Ventures is looking for a SAP HR/HCM Support & Release Coordinator for a global humanitarian organisation.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the releases of different versions planned in the roadmap, along with change requests coming from gap analysis in the rollouts
Final responsible for the Release Management Strategy
Liaise with suppliers and test team to ensure timely release
Responsible for service delivery management and SLAs - incident management, problem and change management
Coordinate a team of 3 functional support team members across time zones.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of SAP HR experience, both with implementation and support
Minimum 2 full life cycle implementation experiences
Proven experience in Release and Change management
Good knowledge of HR processes and how SAP HR/E-Rec can support them from a global standpoint
Experience in post-go live support
Availability for occasional travel to European destinations
English mandatory, French or Spanish a plus.
