Outstanding opportunity for a Program Finance Lead to play crucial role taking ownership of project financials, forecasting, cost management and operational reporting for a large program of work.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a Financial capacity as a primary role, working with a large quantity of projects
Strong understanding of Technology spend, overall delivery life cycle & project associated financials
Expert knowledge across cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, variance analysis, capitalisation & management reporting
Preparation and end to end process management of the monthly cost calculation statements
Respond and drive to completion all outstanding and new queries from stakeholders in relation to cost calculation statements and processes.
Create and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
Maintain relevant and accurate records for audit and reference purposes
Influence and manage outcomes to solve query escalations and drive improvements to deliver on the groups business objectives.
Clear any road blockers for the team where necessary
Advanced Excel knowledge (demonstrated experience in formula use, functionality & data aggregation). Automation advantageous.
Financial Control & Analytics - Demonstrated experience building robust cost models, trend forecasts & key metrics providing quantitative and qualitative information
Team management, coaching and up skilling where needed
General administration support and work force management
Stakeholder Management & Reporting - Experience engaging multiple business teams concurrently (onshore/offshore/internal/external) and producing timely audience focused reporting to Director level
