Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Banbury, is looking for a Client & Colleague Change Consultant to work on a system change for an initial 3-month contract with a view to extend.
The contract will pay up-to £400 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the change and the client and colleague impact it will have. You will design and deliver the Client & Colleague Journeys throughout the change, understand training needs and assess the impact of the changes.
You will have:
*Proven experience of Client & Colleague Change within financial services
*Experience of Relationship Management and Communications
*Strong banking background
*Extensive understanding of Client & Colleague Journeys
*Strong communication skills are essential
