CRM Salesforce Solution Lead - Salesforce.com - Utrecht - 12 months
We require a solutions lead with a strong Sales and Marketing background and experience in Salesforce.
Experience with large (global) Salesforce and Marketing, Sales & Service implementations is required.
Tasks/experience:
- Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing business scope delivery and high level planning in large marketing, sales & service transformation program
- Liaison for Business Sponsor, Business Program Lead and Product Owner to ensure client satisfaction and program goals are met
- Functional alignment with Sales & Marketing coordinators responsible for data, cutover, test and training
- Alignment and agreement with local implementation leads
- Shared responsibility with IT CoE manager in work stream representation, team resourcing and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of CRM (marketing, sales and service) business processes and functionalities
- Report on progress, issues & risks, handles escalations
- Helps in creatively resolving issues; find solutions to solve any sort of problem the team is facing cross work stream/central support functions related
- Guide/coach the team and facilitate discussions and communication
- Oversee training and change management activities
- Experience with Agile methodology
