SAP Payroll Specialist, HCM, Full Payroll understanding, Coventry 6 months
My client a major Utilities Company is looking to appoint a Payroll Specialist with in depth knowledge of HCM and SAP. The individual will exposure to the background of how payroll calculates in the different wage types/Info types. Have set up a payroll system or understands the full running of a payroll within SAP so understands the legislation behind payroll.
Key Tasks:
- Streamline the system,
- Check configuration of the system to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Work within SAP HCM and draw MI reports from the system.
- Review data and make manual calculations to ensure output is correct.
- Liaise with IS and 3rd party providers to ensure that the system configurations are complete
- Test the changes to the system
