WebEx consultant
Description Mission:
BT is the provider for all UC components within the EU institutions, we found out that the WebEx tool isn't used as the users find this too complex, therefore we are looking for someone who will proactively contact all super users and offer them one 2 one trainings. This way the users will feel comfortable using the Cisco Webex tool and they will start using it.
Technical Requirements
- Experienced UC consultant
- Experience with Webex
Soft skills:
- Good social skills (sales minded)
- Able to train (non-IT) users
- Able to work independent
- Able to create training documents
- Able to communicate in a professional way
Location: Mainly Belgium - sometimes Lux and Italy
Language: English (other languages are +)
Duration: 3 months -> Ext very likely
