Project description
The scope of the program is to build and deliver common KYC services/capabilities
The role is to act as sub-project manager to KYC Data and take accountability for and drive all IT related work. You will report to a business project manager. The scope of this project cover
Develop the KYC data models and where required oversee Datamodelling and implementation of data models within technology teams providing solutions vital to the KYC data capture service.
Support the Datamodelling practice in FCCP KYC Data Project and the wider FCCP programme where required.
Drive forward the acquisition, integration, maintenance and utilization of the banking Group Technology data models and dictionaries, in conjunction with members of the Data Councils, Customer and Counterparty Data, Financial Crime Technology and Chief Information Architecture Office

Work tasks
IT Planning, monitoring and Control of IT related activities
Taking accountability for IT deliveries to meet project goals and milestones to the expected quality
Coordinating with IT Portfolio Manager on budget and resource efforts for the project
Regular status reporting and workshops to arrive at IT scope with Business Stakeholders
Taking accountability of effective long-term technical solution delivery
Adopt Scrum methodology when leading the IT work, ie daily scrum, actively participate in PI planning, back-log management in close cooperation with Product Owner, demos and retrospectives
Taking accountability to follow relevant IT processes such as security, release management, development, testing etc.
Requirements:
Senior project manager with more than 7 years of direct project management experience

Experience
Certification in Project Management
Banking industry
Working with Scrum
IT development and procurement/integration of standard solutions
International experience, preferably working in the Nordic countries as PM
Communication with senior management and manage many stakeholders
Preferably experience from working with AML and KYC compliance implementation

Expectations
Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in leading Datamodelling aspects of programmes and applications in a banking environment, as Project Manager
Proven ability to drive change within Business Units through innovative and creative approach to problem solving, leveraging sound knowledge from previous successes
Must have extensive experience of delivering within strategic transformation projects/programmes
Demonstrate experience of promoting and landing new initiatives within and beyond own scope.
Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, systems and data requirements
Problem solving and basic data analysis skills (mapping, modelling, transforming, data architecture etc)
Ability to converse with authority and conviction with regard to management of structured, unstructured, semi-structured and variable structure data
Ability to converse fluently, coherently and confidently in English (n.b. this is vital); additionally, fluency in Nordic languages is a welcome bonus.
Ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical senior Business Stakeholders in order to gain their agreement
Demonstrate excellence in managing Senior Stakeholders from both IT and the Business areas of the organisation
Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably to both senior IT stakeholders and Business stakeholders, bringing both communities together to solve a shared problem
Has excellent communication skills and experience of multi-cultural environments
Must be able to develop strong, enduring relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and all areas of the organisation
Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrates high integrity; doing the right thing and doing the thing right, from a company and customer perspective
Candidate is the individual who is routinely sought for Datamodelling expert advice and knowledge among peers and across the organisation
Understands how to leverage peoples capabilities to realize the best outcome in a collaborative environment

Expect the person to work partly on-shore in Stockholm and Copenhagen
