We are seeking interest from experienced professional Change Analysts (mid and senior level) to join our clients onsite in Melbourne's CBD within our Financial Services Practice team for long term contract opportunities.

The Roles:
The Change Analysts and Senior CA's are integral to multiple lines of BAU and projects, responsible for change strategy planning and implementation.
We are hoping to speak further with applicants who are interested in one or more of the following areas;
BANKING:
Brokerage - Lending and Mortgages
Regulatory - Legislation and Policy
Markets - Monitoring, trading
Minimum Skills:
Experience of a minimum three years in a similar position
Experience in Banking and Finance sector essential
Experience on projects large and small in size.
Project Management and Business Analysis background helpful.
Ability to naturally multitask
Agile experienced mandatory, qualification preferred but not essential
High level of ethics and customer centric focus
Experience writing and implementing change strategy and excellent documentation skills
High level of analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Exceptional communication abilities- liaising with both business and technical teams
