Position Title: UMTS & LTE Optimization Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2017
Duration: 3 or 6 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing radio network KPI.
- Network optimization with UMTS and LTE technologies.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, familiar with methods of network optimization services.
- Making plans to improve network coverage and quality.
- Con-checking and optimizing configuration parameters, neighbor, etc.
- Outputting optimization reports.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Min. 5 years RF related industry experiences, at least 3 years with UMTS and LTE.
- Huawei experience with UMTS and LTE equipment mandatory.
- Expert in network planning and optimization - coverage and capacity planning, optimization theory, RF projects delivery process design.
- Analyse network quality issues independently, provide feasible solution to resolve certain network performance problem.
- Experience to act as a key technical figure in RF delivery projects.
- English and Russian speaker or English and Chinese speaker.
