Description
Business Process Specialist (Process Excellence) with profound Lean Six Sigma knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years working experience in Change- and Transformation management or equal
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge with certified and proven track-record of applying those skills
- Several years of practice in Line- and Project management, preferably in financial services
- Familiar with one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Target Operating Model design or Business Process Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Solving problems, optimising processes and introducing new methods of working with a focus on continuous improvement
- Assessing current conditions from different angles while implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change
- Collaborating with Digital PEX specialists to elaborate automation solutions
- Coaching client teams on tools and methods and supporting line managers
