Description
Unified Communications Product Developer required for a Telecoms Company based in Dublin City Centre.
Duration is 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop enhancements and process improvements and new propositions for hosted voice
- Lead product development of hosted collaboration services including messaging, video, conferencing, web collaboration and contact centre and take to market
- Take developments and enhancements through the requisite commercial and product development gates from concept to launch, including required documentation
- Work closely with IT and networks to support development of new requirements through the end-to-end development cycle
- Write business cases in support of new development investment
- Identify process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy of order to fulfilment
- Support sales on strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral for customer
Experience required:
- Voice, Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Web collaboration and contact centre skills and experience
- Proven Product development/management skills
- Strong understanding of the on-prem and hosted IPT/UC market. Knowledge of the BroadSoft platform an advantage.
- Must possess a strong blend of business and technical acumen and be an evangelist for new services
- Strong Communicator with excellent cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to convincingly engage with all levels within the organisation
- Ability to manage detail
