Job Description/Required Experience:
- Lead BA for eCommerce re-platforming project
- Experience as a lead BA implementing a new eCommerce platform
- Conduct requirement sessions and workshops
- Rewrite requirements for Search Engines, the shopping cart and different ways it behaves, build enhancements, write mobile user stories, upsell and cross sell and update sites
- Experience with web technologies
- Experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and UAT testing
- Will work alongside the Program Manager and the IT BA
- Lead review sessions
- Work directly with the UI group
- Single senior BA role representing the business side (part of Product team) for eCommerce websites and mobile apps
- Conduct requirement sessions and workshops
- Author requirements (user stories/acceptance criteria) to communicate the business ask
- Manage product backlog (with Product Owner input) and backlog grooming sessions
- Partner with UI design firm, as needed, to create requirements based on design and insure UI designs have incorporated any product requirements given to the UI designer
- Create any supporting documentation as needed (flow diagrams, work breakdown structures, etc.)
- Perform requirements reviews with product owner, business stakeholders and IT
- Partner with IT BA who will take the business user stories and translate to IT-level user stories
- Create UAT test cases and lead UAT testing with business stakeholders
- Partner with IT to resolve issues reported in UAT
- Keep product owner and project manager(s) updated on progress, road blocks and timelines
- Strong BA/analytical skills
- Understanding of eCommerce, web and mobile technologies (ability to quickly learn new technology/trends in digital space)
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with Diagramming, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) and Powerpoint
