Senior IT Project Manager (PMI/IPMA; complex projects; IT experience)

Description:

FCCP Sanctions compliance is a works stream in currently ongoing Financial Crime Change Program (FCCP) supported by Financial Anti-Crime IT.
The work stream will enable the bank to be sanctions compliant by implementing group-common and sustainable standards for Financial Sanctions.
The key strategic objectives are: (1) Global and end-to-end customer, PEP and trans-action sanction screening coverage (2) Screen any individual or entity with a direct or indirect business relationship. Screen any cross-border transaction which constitutes a transfer of funds or assets.
Please note, this role entails regular travel to Stockholm in the beginning (a few days weekly/bi-weekly) to get up to speed with the work tasks.

Requirements:Experience/Skills:
8+ years of experience with IT projects. 3+ years as IT PM
Preferably PMI (PMP level) or IPMA (level B) certified or equivalent
Able to establish, lead and deliver complex projects. Experience from international IT projects. Has in-depth competence and experience within project management; tools/methods and leadership capabilities.
Is actively supervising and coaching other project managers and project team members, and is recognised for her/his ability to interact with stakeholders.
Must be able to motivate groups of both technical and business personnel. Maintain focus of team members on work products, holds others accountable for timely com-pletion of high quality work.

Work tasks:
Drive IT deliveries of sufficient quality
Support and challenge the Project Manager/Project IT Partner on a daily basis in IT related matters
Compliance with legal and business regulatory requirements as well as Nordea internal policies, standards and instructions.
Follow up on IT costs for each project
Represent the IT Partner in initiative meetings

Software Requirements
SAD
Information Security checklist
Test Governance Documentation
Progress Report
Expectations:
Reporting to the Project IT Partner, the main purpose of Lead IT Driver is to operationally secure that defined project IT objectives and deliveries are aligned with the IT strategy and are delivered upon with the expected quality. This includes securing plans and deliveries for initiatives in the project.
Operationally secure that IT deliveries are made and IT Quality standards are main-tained, at an initiative or project level
Ability to converse fluently, coherently and confidently in English
