We are looking for a strong IT integrator who coordinates the architecture, procurement and implementation phases of these projects in an Agile environment, and reports on progress to the program's steering boards.
Job description
The IT function for Facility Management encompasses functionality in the domains of real estate asset management, security and alarm systems, heating/cooling, facility services, etc.
This company is continuously bringing its Facility Management IT systems up to par with stricter compliance standards. This sometimes requires replacement, modification or redevelopment of the software, redesign of the architecture and a highly efficient coordination of the implementation planning between external suppliers, devops, infrastructure and procurement experts.
We are looking for a strong IT integrator who coordinates the architecture, procurement and implementation phases of these projects in an Agile environment, and reports on progress to the program's steering boards.
IT Skills
- Familiar with the Agile way of working, and experienced in using its ceremonies (daily scrum meetings, quarterly PSI planning) to achieve the program's results
- Familiar with ITIL and Risk management requirements, experienced in dealing with vulnerability scan requirements and resolution of its findings
- Familiar with CISO concepts
- Experienced in interactions with external IT suppliers, and procurement phases for project and maintenance contracts
Soft Skills
Hands-on and can-do mentality, working closely together with the devops engineers in the daily execution of the program - Strong interpersonal relational skills to interact on different levels of the organization with business, IT divisions and external suppliers; able to do progress reporting to senior management in program steerings
