Channel Manager

Our client is one of the most famous names in the IT industry who have for several decades been pioneers in the industries, remaining as one of the world's top IT companies and employers. With an EMEA Headquarters in Dublin 18 they continuously improve work processes, employee experience and the tools they use to be successful.

They require Channel Manager with excellent customer engagement, Demand/supply planning, process changes and customer initiatives skills to join them.

Initially on a temporary contract, responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets and high standards of customer satisfaction.

A General Day:

  • Oversee customer relationships and overall performance of supply chain services.
  • Provide best logistics performance and customer satisfaction
  • Operational performance of demand fulfillment activities including order book management and delivery of goods.
  • Drive transformational initiatives that deliver results.
  • Improve existing processes on local level while adhering to global process guidelines and designs.
  • Assist the global process design work and development of service offerings.
  • Contributes to sales planning accuracy.
  • Responsible for product deliveries within the assigned customers and channels.
  • Local demand availability management activities, providing supply visibility to demand and availability between accounts, ensuring allocation execution
  • Collaborative planning with key accounts in the specific geography/Channel.
  • Channel inventory within the geography and its optimization.
  • Operational performance of demand fulfillment activities including order book management and delivery of goods, customer returns experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer engagement experience, in Demand/supply planning, process changes, customer initiatives.
  • Experience managing customer impact and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of Sub level metrics, process changes, forecasts and order demand vs supply availability, campaigns/promos to drive demand.
  • Excellent English required to the level of being able to present to senior stakeholders.
