Your tasks:
- Scrum Master for one agile cross-functional team
- Responsibility for facilitating the scrum events, daily stand-ups, sprint review meeting, retrospectives, sprint planning meeting
- Supporting the team members and the product owner to follow the scrum principles
- Responsibility for eliminating impediments and creative ways to detect obstacles
- Ensuring the fulfilment of the agile methodology within the team
Your qualifications
- Solid experience and knowledge of agile methodology in general and especially in scrum framework
- English at a business level
- Understanding basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedure
- Communicative personality
