We are hiring for CAD Application Support role at Treviso,Italy for one our reputed client.
Job Title: CAD Application Support
Location: Treviso,Italy
Job Type: Contract
Note: Need Italian language speaker
Key Responsibilities for CAD Application Support:
1. Need to have an expert level knowledge on SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor and TCE
2. Provide day to day CAD application support for engineers.
3. Hands on experience on SWIM and TCAI functions and troubleshooting
4. Need to be able to configure Solidworks application and improvise the system based on requirement.
5. Understand Engineering design process and to be able to work proactively with engineers.
6. IPEM knowledge additional advantage
Skills required for CAD Application Support:
1. Handle tickets (ITIL Service Now application) on daily basis.
2. Mandatory: Italian Language and fluent in English (Read and Speak)
