Clinical Distribution Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in science or engineering with 2 years working experience in clinical or commercial supply chain management
- Confident in common regulations like GMP
- Basic project management knowledge enhanced by solid organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work systematic, diligent and independently as well as professionalism in elucidating complex issues in a simple fashion
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Defining user requirement specifications, reviewing and updating supply parameters periodically in order to ensure availability of clinical supplies based on actual study conduct and thereby optimizing overage and distribution costs
- Generating distribution plans for investigational medicinal products, prompting and tracking shipments of clinical trial supplies from central depot to regional hubs and loc depots
- Creating and executing an optimal resupply strategy
- Updating the clinical demand plan and maintaining an accurate clinical demand forecast with appropriate overage based on changes in trial parameters
- Collaborating with Clinical Label Manager to amend the label strategy according to changes in study design, study timelines, participating countries and regulatory requirements
