Salesforce Technical Architect - Dublin - 6 months Contract
My client is a Top FTSE100 company who are currently looking to recruit a Salesforce Technical Architect.
The key responsibilities for the Salesforce Technical Architect:
- The Solution Architects' major accountability is to effectively transform the technical solution requirements into IT understandable design specifications, ultimately leading to meeting the customer expectations on the solution
- Understand the business requirements to create technical solutions that fit the purpose
- Ensure the consistent design of appropriate solutions and coordination of all design activities across projects and changes
- Secure technology alignment for the solution, liaising between Enterprise Architecture, Product Manager, Business Analyst, project teams and Factory Lead
- Ensure solutions to meet the business needs and associated architecture and build are managed in accordance with Novartis IGM and technology standards
- Lead the innovation & champion reusability for higher productivity gains across the CoE solutions.
- Interface to UX/UI Designers, Developers and Business Analysts
- Leads the co-creation workshops with business stakeholders
- Provides appropriate sizing estimates with the help of Product and Project Managers for securing project budget approvals
- Participate in solution definition by liaising with Business Analyst, Product Managers
- Implement reusability in the technical solutions
- Plays a key function in understanding the business direction, alignment of strategy to scope of project, and drive measurable expected results aligned with business processes and solution standards
- Provide guidance around non-functional requirements for the solutions
- Actively develops or supports the creation of technical design documents (FS/DS)
- Reviews Test Cases, Test Plans and Test results
- Participates in App reviews and provides subject matter expertise
The key experience for the Salesforce Technical Architect:
- Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing large scale projects ($7m+) across 50+ countries and 20.000 + users
- Demonstrated leadership skills of leading diverse management teams with considerable proven management experience in a Matrix org across all geographic regions
- Considerable experience in a relevant business (Marketing & Sales) leadership function and experience to proficiently translate Sales & Marketing business requirements to IT
- Proven capacity to respond to changes which impact the program, deal with uncertainty and proactively resolve issues to deliver the best possible outcome
- Minimum education: University degree in business/technical area adequate equivalent
- Ability to operate in Matrix organization
- Languages: Fluent English written and spoken
