Description
We are looking for a business and technical consultant for a project we have in Asia. We have been requested to set up an OmniChannel contact center for a telecoms startup; among the varius channel to be managed there is the social media one, with interfaces to the varius usual channels: Linkedin Facebook, Whatsapp etc.
The consultant we are looking for needs to be able to oversee the implementation from a business as well technical point of view.
Skills required (All mandatory):
- Experience reporting to CxO
- Experience in setting up Omnichannel contact centers with all the activities related: Site preparation, process definition, training requirement definition, etc.
- Experience in telecoms as well as other sectors
- Experience in setting up processes, KPI and corresponding SLAs for the contact center
- Experience in Social media interface into the contact center
- Experience working in Startups
- Experience working in developing countries.
