Description

Senior Program Officer:

The ideal candidate will have extremeley high quality, speedy and clear writing and documentation skills, a background or degree in Social Sciences or Educational training, they will also be able to jump seamlessly from strategic to logical thinking and be able to 'deliver'. Experience finalising tasks within the restraints of a government agency will be highly regarded. Constructive analysis of previously collected data to bringing the elements together. Someone who can work autonomously but with the initiative to know when to check-in and give/ask for updates. This role is seven hours a day and will be based in Ashfield.

Overview
1. Design programs to assist social housing clients to access education and employment opportunities and achieve independence
2. Manage client and stakeholder consultation projects and develop data requests and evidence reviews
3. Analyse consultation outcomes, evidence and data to inform program design and trial site selection
4. Develop and undertake commissioning processes, including assisting in preparing high quality procurement documents
5. Contribute to the design and development of data collection and evaluation methodologies to measure the effectiveness of programs
6. Prepare high quality written advice, reports, briefs and papers to inform program development and decision-making

Duties
* Undertake program development, design and analysis activities, including data and research analysis and assisting in stakeholder engagement.
* Assist in program development and implementation by preparing and contributing to high quality written documents including specifications, briefs, reports, procurement papers, flowcharts, etc..
* Coordinate and undertake project activities and assist in project planning.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate engagement and inform program design.
* Contribute to development of evaluation and data collection design and processes.

Max Rate: $470.00 per day + super (based on 7 hour working day)
Rate negotiations may be conducted.
