Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Consumer Engagement is part of the Strategy and Delivery department of the newly created Digital Brand Commerce organization (DBC). In this role, the successful applicant will join the Consumer Acquisition area and will have a unique opportunity to contribute towards defining the next generation Profile Enrichment product, its role within the larger context of Consumer Engagement and ultimately enabling a personalised and premium shopping experience for our consumers.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working within Consumer Engagement (CRM) and data capture (preferably "deep data" capture/enrichment).
- Must enjoy analysing the consumer journey from end-to-end, and can think outside the box for both digital and non-digital (in store) experiences.
- Hands-on experience with data capture (enrichment) via social channels.
- Experience searching for undiscovered opportunities to enrich known data of existing consumers, and new consumers, ultimately providing a better consumer journey.
- Self-motivated and likes to take on new challenges with a positive mindset.
Description of role
You will be working with the Product Manager for Consumer Acquisition (Enrichment) to help scope and launch new possibilities for capturing known consumer data for the brand.
During this contract, you will investigate and establish use cases, PoC and hypothesis which will strengthen Consumer Engagement business strategy and enable deep data capture to help create meaningful experiences for consumers.
Deliverables within three months
- 1-4 Consumer Value propositions
- 4-6 Producing Use cases for product supporting the growth of enriched consumer data
- 1-4 PoC
- Competitor analysis of fashion brand (and similar) ultimately leading to conversions
