Online Advertising Brand Specialist - Italian

Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a fluent Italian, Ads Brand Specialist with at least 2 years in a digital marketing or related position to join their dynamic team. Initially on a 11-month contract, the Brand Specialists help provide the voice of the customer to the regional and global Product & Tools teams. Through your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will be essential to driving ongoing improvements to our products, processes and tools.

What will a general day involve?

  • Support, delivery, improvement & reporting of ad campaigns.
  • Ensure effective delivery, working with the Sales and with the wider support teams.
  • Offer product expertise to the account teams, advertisers, agencies and industry partners as the primary point of contact for reservation advertising.
  • Liaise with the regional & global online advertising Product and Tools teams to further improvements.
  • Work to improve efficiency & consistently look for the processes to scale appropriately.
  • Support new product features, ensuring prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Resolve complex issues and provide support for advertisers and agencies using reserve and engagement products.

How can I stand out from the crowd?

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • 2-4 years' experience in an online advertising/digital marketing or media agency role.
  • Experience gained working for or with media agencies would be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts, and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Ad operations, trafficking, rich media, and/or inventory management.
  • Product Knowledge: Youtube, channels, overall platform, Double-click.
  • Campaign and stakeholder management experience.
