The role:
Act as a focal point for Meetings & Events between EMEA offices and event marketing in London. Manage event logistics for all relations and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large scale EMEA meetings, events, conferences
- Manage all components of project budgets, approval process and risk control
- Ensure and execute compliance of firms policies
Experience:
- Managed events 500 attendees/high profile events
- Manage multiple complex projects
- Able to network and liaise with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of EMEA, culture
- Advertising/Marketing
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Strong negotiation skills
- Creativity to develop new ideas and concepts
- Proactive approach
