Role Description

Client is currently seeking a Data Administrator/Analyst. As a member of the Pricing Team, this role will work closely with Product Managers and Sales Team to ensure accurate consistent and effective customer pricing within SAP in order maintain and improve business revenue and GM%.

Key Responsibilities

Through liaison with Product Management and Sourcing teams, manage company list prices changes each month in line with vendor changes and business strategies to ensure consistency and prevent erosion in business GM%.
Work with Sales Managers and Leadership to ensure robust processes in the approval and implementation of new and amended customer price books. Ensure that the terms are loaded correctly in to SAP and aged terms are removed.
Liaise with Product Managers and Sales Teams to maintain vendor partner schemes/discount terms outside of the price book process.
Provide monthly Management reports detailing price override workflow in order to monitor sales activity outside of approved customer terms (price books). Support relevant parties in taking corrective actions to reduce these workflows.
Load vendor special cost requests, assess best practice for loading special cost as agreed by vendor ensuring a correct margin based on reduced ADI cost. Support branch network/sales team to ensure cost is reflected in all orders to ensure correct GM%.
Maintain cost+ rules for Intercompany accounts ensuring accuracy of Intercompany pricing ensuring efficiency of the POSO process.
Work with Marketing & Product Management to facilitate promotions based on system functionality BOGOF, voucher codes, order type promotions etc. Maintain accurate promotional pricing reducing potential for additional workflow and ensuring that correct pricing is passed on to the customer.
Create and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in excel format. Work with relevant departments to implement improvement actions and monitor performance.
Maintain Account Manager allocations in SAP to ensure details are displayed in all ADI Sales Documentation and sales reporting.
Provide cross functional to support to other departments when necessary.
Be aware of all company policies and procedures including health and safety.
Carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected by the business.
