Je recherche pour le compte de mon client un profil PMO Senior ayant obligatoirement une expérience sur les environnements SAP.
Le principal de sa mission sera d'effectuer des plannings, établir un suivi ainsi que des relances.
Expérience dans le milieu industriel est un gros plus pour la candidature.
Le consultant supportera le nouvel operating model appliqué aux équipes de développement, projets et services basées sur plusieurs lieux géographiques.
- Support the implementation, analysis of the new operating model of programs and platforms' team for change management
- Define and manage scorecard to measure the performance
- Facilitate the development goals and objectives
- Act as a change agent in leading the organizational changes of the defined New Operating Model
- Drive adoption of PMO methodologies
- Over time build a cross-functional team and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency
- Compétences:
- Minimum 5 years of IT and SAP
- Prior experience working with continuous improvement and organization change initiatives
- Strong project management skills/experience; highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management, facilitate meetings, and build effective working relationships.
