Cluster Finance Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Business partner with local markets to make Actual figures transparent for markets, support local affiliate as appropriate
- Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation, process improvement
- Part of the monthly operational and quarterly tactical governance bodies
- Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Co-ordination and monitoring of the completion of the closing calendar
- Financial Review of the Trial Balance (during closing) with Local Finance
- Work closely with Regional teams to ensure clear understanding of postings and any variances
- Approval of BRAVO Submissions and responding to related questions from Corporate
- Projects (provide insights into local market specifics)
Your qualifications
- Fluency in English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English
- Other languages of EMEA countries preferred but not required
- Local market experience with European companies
- US GAAP reporting experience
- Profound experience in different Finance functions
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Proven business partnering skills (with local EMEA markets)
