Your tasks:
- Define, manage and execute the governance framework both within the team as well as at the interface to our stakeholders
- Define and execute communications strategy (Prepare cross-channel communications plan, Prepare content (for cross-channel communication)
- Drives improvement initiatives within the function to increase employee satisfaction (SPOC for Discover Graduates (trainees) and interns, Sets up continuous improvement based on feedback received)
Your qualifications
- Business experience in the IT / Telecommunications industries and / or Enterprise service industry preferrable
- Process management skills and Service Management qualified (ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner) advantageous for position, relevant experience in having managed projects sufficient
- Fluent English written and spoken, multi-lingual skills preferable.
