Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Sharepoint Project Manager to be based in Copenhagen for 6 months.
Job Role:
- Capture requirements and help to document specifications and scope
- Plan and coordinate all resources of the planned delivery from design/architecture to deployment
- Create project timelines, deployment plans and production schedules
- Manage project budgets and burn down tracking
- Manage project documentation (including risk and issue registers, schedules, action logs etc.)
- Manage project change requests and conduct corresponding impact analysis
- Produce project status and highlight reports at defined intervals
- Conduct project health checks and post-project reviews
- Coordinate and manage sub-contract/third party resources when appropriate
- A good understanding of the SharePoint development life cycle and therefore able to articulate SharePoint terminology where necessary.
Key Experience Needed:
- Experience of project managing a SharePoint implementation, migration or upgrade.
- Experience in SharePoint Online and its professional application would be highly advantageous.
- Working collaboratively with Solution Architects, SharePoint Developers and SharePoint Administrators to develop solutions that meet business goals within budget, time and scope
- Experience in running SharePoint projects from inception of idea to architecture and development
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills up to Senior Management level
- Project management experience, including creation of project plans, project proposals, managing risks, issues and change
