Global Workday Reporting Lead - HR Reporting Change - Bank.

A leading investment bank are implementing the Workday platform across all HR business process and have a fantastic opportunity for a Workday Reporting Lead to play a key role in implementing Workday reporting across all HR areas and processes.

As a Global Workday Reporting lead you will be responsible for identifying and designing reporting capabilities working across all HR areas including but not limited to talent, reward, learning and development and reporting. This will entail utilising your extensive knowledge of HRIS and HR Reporting, operational delivery for Management Information, strong functional requirements and HR systems implementation skills as well as a detailed understanding of how data feeds and maps into the Workday platform.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

  • 10+ years HR systems experience within major global banking institutions
  • Previous experience on a global Workday implementation within a regulated firm
  • Strong understanding of HR Reporting/HRIS and Management Information
  • Detailed understanding of data mapping, flows and feeds for Workday
  • Strong functional requirements and technology implementation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £600-£700/day contract role based London initially for six months.
