Change Manager - Luxembourg - 6 Month Contract - €475 a dayA prestigious European institution located in Luxembourg are currently in the process of introducing a large number of new technologies which require extensive testing and change management. They now require a skilled Change Manager to introduce these technologies into the operating environment without disrupting the day to day operations of the organisation.
Responsibilities
As the Change Manager, your duties will span across:
- Participating in workshops/discussions to understand project goals and business needs
- Analysing workflows, business processes, gaps and opportunities
- Drafting project charters
- Preparing high-level functional requirements
- Preparing test approaches and plans
- Preparing project progress reports and dashboards with IT counterparts
- Coordinating user acceptance testing
- Working in cooperation with the Head of Unit to build and maintain the roadmap of a major IT programme
The suitable candidate will have strong technical knowledge in information systems and of project management principles, methods and practices. Ideally, the Change Manager will have experience of managing large-scale projects in collaborative, team-oriented environments. Due to the multicultural nature of the role, you will be expected to have a fluency in English or French, and a good working knowledge of the other.
