Collateral Management Representative

This role is within Operations, specific to ETD and supports collateral management within EMEA FCC Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt and accurate processing of high value and high volume payments
- Timely and accurate monitoring of funding and operational balances
- Focus on high quality and accurate data input
- Coordinating, monitoring and booking collateral movements
- Investigation and resolution of collateral breaks and queries.
- Timely completion of reconciliations and reporting processes.
- Assist management in identifying process or system enhancements
- Compliance with internal and external control frameworks and regulatory requirements, notably CASS regs
- Develop an understanding of derivative products and system flows
- Help to create and build an environment of teamwork, supporting the Treasury team, wider FCC team and senior management
Knowledge/Experience:
- Work experience in the Financial Services Industry is a benefit.
- Customer service experience.
- Displays a well-developed ability to schedule work and understand relative priorities.
- Building positive working relationships and working with team members to understand the root cause of an issue in a timely and effective manner.
