One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for an IT Buyer/Procurement Consultant.
Consultant position description:
The consultant will report to the Category Manager for IT Infrastructure Services within the global Sourcing and Supplier Management department.
Job description:
Administrative support in order to complete procurement related transactions:
Commercially approve call-off orders under existing frame agreements.
Create purchase orders in SAP.
Deal with invoice issues forwarded via SAP Workflow messages.
Attend invoice meetings with suppliers.
Interact with the offshore invoice processing center and budget owners.
Update relevant stakeholders on the status of requests.
Description of Mandatory Fields:
Familiar with SAP FI/MM modules.
Basic knowledge of procurement process (procure to pay).
Solution oriented, self motivated personality.
Knowledge of IT preferred (not mandatory).
