Client Relationship Manager
The Role
The Client Relationship Manager will be based with a leading financial services company in Cambridge on a 3 month rolling contract, the initial day rate on offer is £200/day. The Client Relationship Manager will be providing clients with support and guidance while they are migrating over to a new online platform. The successful candidate should expect regular face to face client engagement, and must be able engage proactively with a variety of key stakeholders - both internal and external to the business.
Core Responsibilities
- Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facility
- Taking ownership for and managing a set of migration cases, providing accurate reporting against progress
- Stakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required
- Ensure good levels of product knowledge in order to support varying Client journeys as effectively and efficiently as possible
Essential skill set/experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager
- Previous experience within banking/financial services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
