Description
One of our key clients are currently recruiting for a Service Continuity Manager to assist them on a huge ServiceNow project they are working on.
The Service Continuity Manager role:
- You will look after the technical service
- Research on how it can be used better and utilise your results on delivering a better service
- You will need to change and improve the whole service
Ideal Service Continuity Manager:
- Will have worked with ServiceNow previously or be familiar with ServiceNow tools
- Be able to take control of the area they are responsible for (have previous experience in being a service lead)
- Be able to provide examples of cost savings and improvement of service in previous projects
This role is Outside IR35
