Senior Digital Platform Trainer - Global Media organisation - 6 month contract initially - West London
My client a global media organisation based in West London are looking for a Digital Platform Trainer to deliver global training methodology on my clients new digital platform, manage training materials and manage the provision of IT training services to my clients Local Business and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- To define and manage all training services globally
- definition of training requirements, training needs analysis
- production of training materials and channels (online, class room, CBT etc.)
- calendar of training, training facilities etc.
- delivery of training for BAU and programme
- To implement clear global training support processes
- Create and maintain the training capability Matrix
- To ensure best practice training needs analysis, design and evaluation
- To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with programme and business stakeholders
Technical Skills:
- Significant experience in training/education experience, particularly in Digital and technical training discipline
- Project management experience
- Understanding of Digital and business strategies and priorities
- Proven people development experience
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
- Experience of CMS training (Ideally Adobe Eexperience Manager).
