For my client,
As a integration leader you will work together with various managers and designers from all the units in R&D.
Delivery and verification from a complete electrical system perspective.
You will be responsible for:
Lead the definition of the function implementation plan on a complete vehicle level balancing the PSS areas ability to deliver according to the required project plan.
Technical analyze of incoming deviations from the plan and recommend countermeasures and actions to improve the situation.
Develop and lead the integration plan and events for the program.
Develop new methods, tools and processes for integration management.
Participate in analysis of root cause for system errors during integration events.
Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in electrical engineering/software design or mechatronics.
Experience of software and system design, configuration management and program/project management.
Experience of being a change agent
Knowledge of lean and agile methods and tools.
Knowledge in English - fluent and Swedish
Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Elektra and ISO26262 is meritorious.
