Your tasks:
- Set up project strategies, concepts and plans
- Contribute to the project documentation
- Monitor tasks and milestones on project deliverable roadmap
- Ensure cross-project synchronisation of milestones and dependencies
- Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of project
- Monitor risks and facilitating their mitigation
- Maintain a thorough overview of project budgets, staffing requirements, resource planning and timelines
- Establish efficient communication with stakeholders
- Actively seek ways to improve project organisation and efficiency (tools and processes)
Your qualifications
- IT Project Management experience within a medium-sized or large organisation
- Bachelor or Masters degree preferred, in business, administration, economics, engineering or a related field
- Project management certification preferred (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2)
- English knowledge
- Ability to command respect and create a sense of community among project teams
- High attention to detail, quick to spot inconsistencies and deviations from plans
- Good understanding and working knowledge of budgets and budgeting processes
- Ability to work independently and execute agreed goals
- Interest in and experience using new technology
