We currently have a vacancy for one Statistical software Expert/Evaluator (SAS etc.) to offer his/her services within a European Institution (client) in Luxembourg to start ASAP a 3-6 months contract in an EN-speaking environment. Our client is an international Organisation and a great reference in any CV.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and design of scalable and reliable architectures for statistical software and BI
- Evaluation of statistical software and BI products and solutions, open source included
- Follow-up and evaluation of new components, versions and patches of the recommended products
- Assistance on statistical software and BI solutions security assessment and technical problems solving
- Assist in producing and communicating recommendations relating to statistical software and BI
Skills & Experience
- Solid theoretical knowledge of the statistical software domain, including data and text mining, warehousing, data integration techniques, statistical analysis techniques, web analytics principles.
- Practical experience with statistical solutions and tools - in particular SAS and open source ones - such as R, Knime, Piwik, etc.
- Practical experience with other commercial packages such as Stata, SPSS is a plus.
