A Figaro Support Consultant is needed for an interim contract role working in central London for an award-winning investment management firm. The ideal candidate will specialise in the JHC Figaro product.
The position is within the ICT Support Services team which provides 3rd line applications and business support, focusing on IT operational risk controls along with the creation and adoption of a supplier relationship framework, an IT Service management framework and general IT governance.
If you have Application Support Consultant experience and strong knowledge of Figaro, then this role might be the ideal for you!
What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Figaro Support Consultant will include but not be limited to:
- Support of end- users with product features and functionality
- Diagnosing and resolving issues
- Advising process and configuration changes to reduce future errors
- Development of longer term solutions to streamline processes
- Offer broader technical support to the business
What skills should you have?
- Strong experience with Figaro is essential
- Front to Back Office support experience
- Ideally background in programming, data management and broader technical support and analysis
- A self-starter with the ability to deal with different stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
