Level 1/Level 2 support function.
Start date: ASAP
This is a long term project, minimum 1 year.
The project is the support for the E-procurement SAP environment: Ariba and partly SRM 7.
You will mainly work in SRM 7 (mandatory knowledge) but also has to be the backup for the other SAP Ariba activities.
The work environment is very pleasent, but complex and we need a person who is autonomous
The mission of this function is:
- Ensure the training of different users,
- Ensure proximity support for users,
- Provide support to key-users for other sites,
- Provide support to buyers,
- Support the management of user and approver access (creation and updating) for users,
- Manage different suppliers (creation and updating),
- Support the management of catalogs (creation and update),
- To take charge of the technical needs required for the deployment of new sites or mass modifications,
- To correct the problems with integration flows in SAP, by communicating with the sites where the E-procurement is deployed, either directly with the users, or with the key-users,
- To identify the cause of these errors and to propose improvements to make the applications more reliable
