To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:
- Previous experience of preparing UK GAAP Statutory Accounts and liaising with external auditors
- Financial or Management Accounting experience within a US GAAP reporting environment, ideally with exposure to international operations
- VAT reporting experience

- Preparation of draft statutory accounts and all related documentation
- Liaison within Corporate Finance department on statutory and tax reporting issues
- Liaison with Auditors on all aspects of the statutory audits
- Liaison with finance teams in business units on all aspects of tax reporting
- Preparation of tax packs and preparation of quarterly tax forecasts
