Job Description:
- Should have extensive experience in leading projects in Agile
- Should have process definition experience, especially related to Agile project methodologies
- Conversant with Agile practices
- Should have experience in handling multiple scrum teams and addressing process implementation challenges
- Should have strong project management skills
- Should be able to mentor and guide the team to follow the agile execution process
- Interact with the business teams and stakeholders for the successful execution of the agile project
- Ability of good articulation, presentation and excellent verbal communication is a must
