Description
One of our biggest client in Stockholm is currently looking for a Swedish speaking Program Manager to work with implementing a new vendor for their Workforce Service. It's a project that is very large, complex and important. The objective is to implement the new contract for Workplace services. The project includes transitioning the workforce from the existing services to new solutions. For example this means transitioning about 1200 applications to new solutions.
Desired qualifications
Proven experience from leading large IT infrastructure programs and Outsourcing transition and transformation programs within IT at a large company.
You have proven previous experience from bank, finance and communication
You are driven, self-motivated and result oriented with a flexible mind-set and you have no problem to network across boarders and levels.
You have proven experience of leading diversified teams and project organization - a mix between project resources and line resources
Ability to drive innovation and change with great organizational skills
Attention to details and analytical skills and you deal with all kinds of problems in a solutions-oriented manner.
