Administrator - Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bromley - 6 month initial contract
Bank of America Merrill Lynch require an Administrator, to work on an initial 6 month contract, at their office in Bromley. This role is to support the Global Technology and Operations team and assist with receiving post in order to perform KYC (Know Your Client) for our clients: including image, logs and audit trail evidence of every item received, requiring excellent attention to detail.
The candidate will be responsible for completing a tracker to evidence what has been received to facilitate client outreach.
Skills, Systems and Qualifications:
* Good communication (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills
* Good team player, enthusiastic and committed
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Able to priorities, use own initiative and to be flexible
* Knowledge of internal systems (beneficial but not essential)
* Able to express his/her own ideas and make suggestions to improve processes/gain efficiencies.
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook an advantage
* Ability to learn quickly and to retain those skills
* Pro-active in identifying and resolving problems
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to navigate change
