This role is a great opportunity setup and monitor this organisation's Global Programme Services - service level objectives.
Reporting to the Manager Global Programme Services, you will be:
- Supervising the Global Programme Services process to ensure they are maintained, communicated and implemented.
- Ensuring the quality delivery of projects deployed to the organisation's IS&T Service Lines.
- Responsible for the setup and reporting of GPS Service Level Objectives.
- Working with the vendors where required as well as be responsible for the GPS catalogue of services.
- Ensuring the Customer Portal is a correct reflection of services, and our internal services catalogue is well maintained.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Strong Change management background
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Appropriate understanding of system architectures.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills, and confidence to operate at all levels of the business.
- Strong process improvement processes.
- Ability to operate across culture and extract value from virtual teams dispersed globally.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Demonstrated strong previous relevant IT experience.
- Broad business understanding applicable to the execution of business functions.
