Description

IT Business Analyst - Change Management & Process Optimization wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or equivalent education
  • 3+ years' working experience as Business Analyst in a large financial institution with strong IT background
  • Expertise in Process Management/Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design or Business Process Management
  • Profound working experience in matrix organized global environment
  • Solid competencies in Change/Transformation Management, Agile and Model processing
  • Know-how in Asset Transfer, Corporate Actions, Unstructured Payments and Client On-/Off boarding
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills along with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset


Your tasks:
  • Determining and implementing required IT business solutions into the company's workflow tool
  • Being responsible for design and preparation of (Value Stream Optimized) processes in collaboration with process SMEs
  • Digitalization and standardization of internal process management/case management system and rule engine
  • Supporting the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, including the organizational structures involved
