Description
IT Business Analyst - Change Management & Process Optimization wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or equivalent education
- 3+ years' working experience as Business Analyst in a large financial institution with strong IT background
- Expertise in Process Management/Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design or Business Process Management
- Profound working experience in matrix organized global environment
- Solid competencies in Change/Transformation Management, Agile and Model processing
- Know-how in Asset Transfer, Corporate Actions, Unstructured Payments and Client On-/Off boarding
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills along with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Determining and implementing required IT business solutions into the company's workflow tool
- Being responsible for design and preparation of (Value Stream Optimized) processes in collaboration with process SMEs
- Digitalization and standardization of internal process management/case management system and rule engine
- Supporting the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, including the organizational structures involved
