Description
PEX Change Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic degree or equivalent in the financial field
- 5+ years' working experience in Change Process Management, Target Operating Model design, Process Optimization or Transformation Management
- 3+ years' line or Project Management background in the compliance and regulatory environment along with Lean Six Sigma certification
- Competency of risk management, external or internal audit, due diligence, SOX testing or other control work
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design or Business Process Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Coordinating conditions of the areas Process Efficiency, Organization & Skills, Metrics & Results, Voice of the Customer and Mindsets & Behaviors
- Establishing PEX initiatives for optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Leading opportunity assessments and identifying suitable processes for automation
- Coaching client teams on methods and tools as well as supporting line managers with the consistent implementation of the company specific PEX
- Performing continuous Improvement along with solving problems and optimizing processes
