SAP Technical Project Manager/Integration Manager (m/f)

Description

• Managing a portfolio of SAP projects in a SAP competence center as integration manager
• Support business in formulating the need and vision for SAP solutions
• Making recommendations on how to improve processes
• Explaining in a clear manner technical SAP issues to non-technical people
• Managing stakeholder relationships at project level
• Leading multiple stakeholder engagements at the same time
• Providing leadership to SAP project teams
• Coordinating internal and external project resources
• Defining project deliverables and scope
• Setting up an appropriate project organization
• Developing work plans and coordinating the activities of the project team
• Managing project planning, scheduling, reporting, project issues, risks and change control
• Being the point of escalation for any problems or issues
• Producing appropriate documentation to support a project
• Management of small user acceptance test phases
• Coordination of third party subcontractors with vendor management
• Management of small non SAP projects

• Completed studies of (economic) computer science
• Past experience of successfully delivering SAP projects
• Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO and SAP HR), methodologies and techniques and of formal project management methods
• Functional experience of implementing SAP modules
• Ability to report at all levels
• Experience using project management software
• Ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
• An experienced leader with the ability to motivate others
• Third party supplier experience
• Responding constructively when under pressure
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discipline & performance at all times
• Can clearly communicate in English & Deutsch
• Demonstrate strong ability to work under pressure with multiple competing priorities
• Able to work in an intercultural environment
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
