Description

One of our clients in Stockholm is currently looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in SAP SAP Roles and Authorization and user administration process to join them at the end of the month for 12 months initial contract.

Scope of the project
Project goal is to automate manual handling of user administration tickets for SAP systems by using identity and access management tool (IAM). Coordination skills between different involved teams are crucial for this role. IAM tool is already implemented and this project is about connecting ticketing system for SAP system user admin requests. Project is in implementation phase and this is a replacement resource request for current project manager

Responsibilities
Specify requirements towards central IAM team
Support in design & build phase as the requestor
Plan & execute User Acceptance tests
Support the migration process before GoLive
Coordinate with SAP Basis, SAP Development, SAP R&A & IAM Operations team
Secure maintenance processes affected by IAM solution
Keep key stakeholders within SAP organization updated
Get necessary decisions from stakeholders within the SAP organization
Prepare & maintain master data for orderable roles
Lead and drive project activities per timeline.
Facilitate meetings and workshops
Report project status to project steering group
Solve project issues and problems
Handle maintenance issues

Competences
Experience from SAP roles and authorization area.
Experience in following up the quality on set requirements
Knowledge from SAP roles and authorization area.
Excellent coordination skills
Years of experience as project lead.
Experience from large, global organizations
Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
Business process experience
Excellent managing of deliverables ( to-do lists ), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills

Personal skills Take own initiative and give good service
Flexible, yet structured
Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually
